Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 October 2026

These terms apply to companies ("client") that use DCR Mate and to their users. By using DCR Mate the client agrees to them.

1. The service

DCR Mate provides field reporting, planning, sales, HR and related tools through dcrmate.com and its apps. Features depend on the plan chosen (Basic or Standard). We may improve or change features over time.

2. Accounts

The client's admin creates and manages user accounts and is responsible for who gets access and for keeping passwords safe. Each field user may use one phone at a time unless the admin allows a new phone.

3. Prices and bills

Charges are per user per month as per the plan rate shown on the website or agreed in writing, counted day-wise, plus GST. New clients get a free trial; the trial length is shown when the account is created. Bills are issued monthly and are due by the date on the bill. The service may be paused if bills remain unpaid.

4. Client data

All data entered by the client and its users belongs to the client. The client must have the right to enter it, including employees' consent for location tracking and documents where the law requires. We process it only to run the service (see the Privacy Policy) and the client can export it.

5. Fair use

The client will not misuse the service — for example by trying to break its security, reselling it without permission, or using it for unlawful purposes.

6. Statutory files

Payroll, PF ECR, ESIC and similar files are generated from the data and settings entered by the client. The client should check them before filing or paying; DCR Mate does not log in to government portals for the client.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running at all times but do not guarantee it will never be interrupted (for example for maintenance or internet problems). Reports made offline in the app are kept on the phone and sent when the network returns.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount the client paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

9. Ending the service

The client may stop at any time; bills are made up to the day users were active. We may end the service with notice if these terms are broken.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
